Diana Shipping fixes out ultramax to Bulk Trading

New York-listed Greek bulker owner Diana Shipping has entered into a time charter contract with Bulk Trading for one of its ultramax dry bulk vessels. Bulk Trading hired the 2017-built, 60,456 dwt bulker DSI Phoenix.
